Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data we handle when you visit this website or send us a pilot request, why we handle it, who else is involved, and what you can ask of us. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who is responsible
Suverio runs this website and is responsible for the personal data described here. For anything about your data, write to sales@suverio.com.
What we collect and why
| Visiting the site | Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser details and the pages you request so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't keep visitor logs ourselves. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). |
|---|---|
| Pilot request form | Your name, work email, organisation, the service you are interested in and your message. We use them to answer you and to prepare a pilot or proposal. The form sends them to us by email; the website does not store them. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). |
| Spam protection | Before the form is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it comes from a person. Turnstile processes signals from your browser and your IP address for this check only. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping automated spam out (Art. 6(1)(f)). |
| Emails you send us | Your address and whatever you write. We use them to reply. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f), as for the form. |
We don't set cookies, and we don't use analytics, advertising or social media trackers.
Who receives your data
- Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the site, protects it, runs the spam check and forwards form requests to our inbox, acting as our processor.
- The provider of our email inbox, which stores the messages we receive.
Cloudflare is based in the United States. Transfers to it are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and by the standard contractual clauses in Cloudflare's data processing addendum. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep pilot requests and emails while we are in contact with you. If no business relationship follows, we delete them 12 months after our last contact. If a contract follows, we keep what the law requires for as long as it requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, and to correct, delete or restrict it, or to hand it over in a portable format. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to sales@suverio.com and we will answer within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Bulgaria that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg); you can also go to the authority where you live or work.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we update this notice and the date at the top.
